A to Z Challenge Guest Post: Tittynope and Tetractys

Good morning dear Friends!

Today is a very special day as it marks my very first guest post ever on my lil blog 😀 Before this year’s A to Z Blog Challenge commenced, I met Eclectic Alli through the Twitterverse. As a result, a double gauntlet was thrown: we would write one post for the other’s challenge. I was shakin’ in my proverbial boots, but she seemed to stay so calm and collected.

I took on the challenge of creating a story around the Tormentor letter “T” while she contemplated odd words and poetic forms with the very same letter.

The following is the creation of my fellow blogger. After you are done perusing her perfect offering, please check her blog out.

Now, onto the Main Feature!

Tittynope.

n. A small quantity of something leftover.
Tetractys: A five line poem with a syllable count of 1, 2, 3, 4, 10.
 Woe!

Sadness

Overwhelms.

For the cup hath

but a tittynope of coffee within.

  4. Nice use of “T” with the form and vocabulary. Oh, and you just served up coffee and “T”! Aren’t you clever!

    1. Thanks! I… am not clever enough to have thought of the “Coffee and T” pun, or else maybe I would have used it! 🙂
