Ruin’d red gnomes ‘round cabin porch,
Flattened bramble behind playhouse
Home base
Barefoot down dusty driveway,
Chained gate, stranger and childproof
Mystery place
Slip down rusty steps
There! Water flowing, sun haze
Secret space
Minnow flowing abstract canvas
Aquatic Madness
Memory trace

In my rush to let my words run amuck, I forgot to use my chosen words (flattened, childproof, abstract) to write a poem about a place. You can find my first attempt here.
